Customers purchasing unique items acknowledge and accept the naturally limited availability of such products.

Submitting an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Grounded Lifestyles.

An order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of the order or a guarantee that the product remains available.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment authorization issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Duplicate orders

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Requests will be handled whenever reasonably possible; however, once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, modifications may no longer be available.

18. In-Person Purchases

Grounded Lifestyles participates in gem and mineral shows, temporary events, and authorized retail partner locations.

Products offered through these sales channels remain subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inventory available at in-person events may differ from inventory available through our website.

Prices, promotions, product selection, and availability may vary between locations.

Because many products are unique natural specimens, an item viewed online may no longer be available after being sold at an in-person event, and an item purchased in person may never appear on our website.

Purchases made at in-person events are considered final except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

19. Retail Partner Locations

Grounded Lifestyles products may be available through authorized retail partner locations.

While our products remain subject to these Terms, certain operational matters—including store hours, accepted payment methods, customer access, and facility policies—are controlled by the individual retail partner.

Customers are expected to comply with any reasonable rules established by those retail locations while on their premises.

20. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, Grounded Lifestyles may offer promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, or special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Gift cards and store credit may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaceable.

Grounded Lifestyles reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Shipping time estimates are provided for convenience only.

Actual delivery times depend upon numerous factors outside the control of Grounded Lifestyles, including:

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.

Grounded Lifestyles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted for shipment.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers in working with the shipping carrier; however, the outcome of carrier claims remains subject to the carrier’s procedures and applicable shipping insurance.

Grounded Lifestyles wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are natural, unique, or one-of-a-kind, return eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased.
