Payson Gem and Mineral Show September 18 2026
The Payson Rimstones Rock Club hosts its Annual Gem & Mineral Show in September at the Mazatzal Hotel and Casino Event Center, on HWY 87 at mile marker 251, Payson AZ.
The 2026 Annual Gem & Mineral Show will be September 18th through 20th… Fri 1 – 6; Sat 9 – 5; Sun 10 -4
Education Center: We offer a Spinning Wheel (where everyone wins a rock), a magnificent fluorescent mineral display, a free Treasure Hunt for junior rock collectors, sandstone/rock painting, and much more. There are educational materials to take home, as well as a table for “Ask the Geologist” who identifies mystery rocks and fossils.
Auctions, Raffles and Door Prizes: Our show has an end-of-show raffle, a silent auction ending every 30 minutes and hourly door prizes.
Demonstrations: We have daily demonstrations by artists who make jewelry, stone carvings and do wire-wrapping. Demonstrations occur every day during the show. This year we have some of the Show’s favorite demonstrations scheduled. (Click images below to view a larger version):

Admission to the September show is $3 on Friday and $5 on Sat or Sun. Kids under 13 are free. All our proceeds go toward supporting scholarships for graduating Payson High School seniors and students in Northern Gila County. Other funds go to local elementary schools and public libraries for books and other educational materials.
